با سری جدید HiMaxX، FBT نقطه ی عطفی در سناریو اسپیکرهای 12 و 15 اینچی با بدنه مقاوم  پلی  پروپیلن و تقویت صدا ، معرفی عملکرد و محتوای فنی استانداردی که تا کنون غیر قابل تصور بوده ایجاد کرد. های مکس FBT، با ارتقاء دادن تمام ویژگی های فنی خود جایگاهی در کنار سری FBTMaxX پیداکرده است.

بررسی اطاقک جدید در پلی پروپیلن ، استفاده از یک منبع تغذیه حالت سوئیچ و تقویت کننده های قدرت بهره وری بالا و طراحی مجدد  بلندگو ها ازجمله فعالیت های گروه R & D کمپانی FBT بوده که با هدف به حداکثر رساندن نسبت وزن(Power Weight) قدرت انجام گرفته اند. این سری دربردارنده ی سه مدل  HiMaxX 40و HiMaxX 60 (15 ” + 1.4 “) بعلاوه ی  ساب HiMaxX 100Sa در جعبه ای از تخته سه لایه مقاوم قرار دارد , می­شود.

با فشرده کردن و سبک وزن بودن، HiMaxXزیرکانه توانسته پرمتقاضی ترین نیازهای علاقمندان، موسیقی دانان و افراد حرفه ای را برطرف سازد که درجستجوی ضمائم بلندگوهای بسیاربا کیفیت ،همه کاره و قدرتمند هستند.

ایده آلهای لازم برای استفاده های کاربردی تقویت صدا و اجرای زنده و بهبود سطح زندگی را فراهم آورد که نیازمند  سهولت حمل و نقل بوده ، همچنین برای نصب در تاسیسات ثابت مناسب می باشند واین حسن خود را مرهون شکل اطاقک و لوازم جانبی اختیاری می­باشند.

طراحی دینامیک و منحصر به فرد بدنه

جعبه سبک وزن محکمی برای آن طراحی شده که تضمین کننده ی تطبیق پذیری زیاد بوده و آماده ی نصب و راه اندازی است، و این ویژگی بسبب تعبیه نقاط خاص برای سوارکردن و لوازم جانبی اختیاری آن است. طراحی نامتقارن آن ما را قادر می سازد تا ازآن بعنوان مانیتور استیج نیز استفاده کنیم.

طراحی خاص کنترل پنل تضمین کننده ی سهولت استفاده و کنترل بصری میکروفن / خط ورودی، ورودی کمکی استریو با  (HiMaxX 40a) ،   EQسه بانده، گراندلیفت ، حسگر LED  خواهد بود .

بلندگو به طور کامل مجددا سازگار با B&C طراحی شده است. FBT شاسی خاص  و یک مدار تهویه کارآمد تر را با کاهش مداوم فشرده سازی قدرت 2dB، یک مخروط بسیارمحکم و سخت به منظور بهبود قابلیت اطمینان و اعوجاج و حتی با مغناطیس نئودیمیوم قوی تر برای افزایش کنترل و بهره وری، سیم پیچ های صوتی دارای قطر 75 میلی متر (3 “) برای کنترل بالاترقدرت و افزایش دادن قابلیت اطمینان طراحی نموده است.

درایور فشرده سازی  B&Cبا دهانه 25میلی متری وسیم پیچ44 میلیمتری (1.7″) برای کنترل بالاتر قدرت مرهون استفاده از کلاهک مسی کوتاه کننده می باشد به همین جهت فرکانسهای بالا پویا تر و واضحتر خواهند بود.

توسعه ی خلاقانه تقویت کننده در واقع نتیجه سال ها تحقیق  آزمایشگاه گروه R & D کمپانی FBTست. ترکیب شدن ویژگی های متقابلی همچون سبک بودن ، قدرت بالا ، کارآمد بودن و قابل اطمینان بودن را با استفاده از آخرین تکنولوژی ها مدیریت می کند. منبع تغذیه سوئیچ بمنظور کاهش یافتن وزن و افزایش سرعت توان خروجی، وعملکرد بسیار بالای تقویت کننده PWM برای فرکانس های پایین ، استفاده می­شود تا تغذیه ی قدرت با حداقل اتلاف حرارت به حداکثر برسد. یک تقویت کننده کلاس G برای فرکانس های بالا این امکان را فراهم می سازد تا با خروجی بسیار بالاتر به کیفیت صدای کلاس  Aدست یابیم.

پیش – تقویت کننده ساخته شده با تکنولوژی SMD کار کنترل برابری، کراس آور24 dB /oct ، حفاظت پیچیده ، محدودکننده و دستورات کنترل پنل را بعهده دارد.

پروفیل بلندگوی شیپوری برای اطمینان از کنترل جهت بیشتر و اعوجاج پایین تر دوباره و دوباره طراحی شد تا بهترین طرح برگزیده شد. زاویه پراکندگی آن 90H*60° V می­باشد.

یک کار پژوهشی با دانشگاه در زمینه ی رزونانس اطاقک و پویایی سیال هوا انجام  گرفت که منجر به ساخت یک جعبه در پلی  پروپیلن با تزریق گاز کاملا بی اثر و مجرای رفلکس کارآمد بدور از تلاطم نا مطلوب شد. این بدنه کاملا ضدخش بدون اعوجاج و بسیار سبک می باشد.

THE NEW HIMAXX SERIES

With the new HiMaxX series, FBT establishes a referencepoint on the scenario of 12” and 15” enclosures in polypropylene for sound reinforcement, introducing performance and technical content of a standard unthinkable up until now. FBT HiMaxX takes its place alongside the FBTMaxX series, exalting all the technical features.
The study of a new cabinet in polypropylene, the use of a switch mode power supply and high efficiency power amplifiers and the redesign of the loudspeakers were the activities of the FBT R&D team aimed at maximizing the power weight ratio.
This series comprises three models; two 2-way full-range enclosures in polypropylene, HiMaxX 40 (12”+1”) and HiMaxX 60 (15’’+1.4”), plus a compact  18’’ bandpass SUB in birch plywood (HiMaxX 100Sa).
Compact and light weight, HiMaxX brilliantly solve all the most demanding requests from buffs, musicians and professionals looking for powerful, versatile and very high quality loudspeaker enclosures. Ideal for live and sound reinforcement applications requiring ease of transport, they are also suited to fixed installations, thanks to the cabinets’ format and optional accessories.

• A powerful dynamic design for aggressive clean-cut lines.  A sturdy light-weight box that ensures great versatilityand is ready for installation, thanks to its special mounting points and optional accessories. The asymmetrical design enables the enclosures to be used as stage monitors.
• A specially designed control panel ensures ease of use and intuitive control. Mic/line input, auxiliary stereo input with (HiMaxX 40a), 3-band EQ, ground-lift, diagnostic LED.
• Loudspeaker totally redesigned in collaboration with B&C. FBT studied and designed a special chassis, a more efficient ventilation circuit with a consequent reduction of 2dB “power compression”, a considerably stiffer cone to improve reliability and distortion and an even more powerful neodymium magnet to increase control and efficiency. The voice coil has a diameter of 75 mm (3”) for higher power handling and reliability.
• B&C compressiondriver with a 25 mm (1’’) throat and 44 mm (1.7’’) coil (HiMaxX 40) for high power handling. Thanks to the use of a shorting copper cap, high frequencies are even more dynamic and crystal-clear.
• The development of the innovative amplifier is the result of years of research by the FBT R&D labs. It manages to combine the contrasting features oflightness, high power, efficiency and reliability, using the very latest technology. A switch mode power supplyto reduce the weight and increase the power output velocity, a very high performance PWM amplifier for the low frequencies, to maximize the power fed out with minimum heat dissipation. A Class G amplifier for the high frequencies enables to achieve the audio quality of a Class A, with a much higher output.
• The silent preamplifiermanufactured with SMD technology has the job of handling the equalization, 24dB/oct  crossover, sophisticated protections, limiter and the commands of the control panel.
• The horn’s profilehas been redesigned to ensure greater directivity control and lower distortion. The dispersion angle is 90°H x 60°V.
• Research work carried out with the university on the cabinet’s resonance and the fl uid dynamicsof the air led to the manufacture of a box in polypropylene with injection of absolutely inert GAS and efficient reflex ducts free from undesired turbulence.
